New Man of Steel behind the scenes featurette: The Creation and Destruction of Krypton

Man of Steel is out on DVD and VOD today. The Superman movie, directed by Zack Snyder, takes a deliberately serious look at the man in blue spandex, telling the story of a young boy who learns that he has extraordinary powers and is not of the Earth.
But before Henry Cavill gets to go all Kryptonian, we see the fall of his home, Krypton, where mummy and daddy Russell Crowe and Ayelet Zurer fight against Michael Shannon’s General Zod, who is leading an uprising against the planet’s government. It’s a stunning display of CGI and convincing world building.
To celebrate the release of the movie, Warner Bros. have released a new behind-the-scenes featurette looking at the movie’s opening sequence. This is X-Ray Vision – The Creation and Destruction of Krypton:
Man of Steel is out now on all major pay-per-view video on-demand plaforms, as well as DVD and Blu-ray.
