How can you get Walter Presents on your telly? Here’s everything you need to know about All 4’s new VOD channel.
In January 2015, Channel 4 launched Walter Presents, the broadcaster’s new on-demand service, which brings together top foreign-language dramas to stream on a dedicated channel on All 4 (www.all4.com/walterpresents). There’s no subscription, no cost and no need to book a time slot for its broadcast – although some of the shows will be broadcast on Channel 4 and More4 too. Just world-class telly from around the world. Period.
Channel 4’s established itself as a strong curator of quality TV, from The Resistance (France) and The Saboteurs (Norway) to The Returned (France). With Walter Presents, more than 600 hours of drama will be available for binge-viewing online, with episodes also available to download to watch on the move. It’s not just Scandinavian and French TV, either: titles released in the VOD service’s first year hailed from Brazil, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Switzerland, Belgium, Mexico, Poland, Chile and more.
On the plus side, that means more things for you to stream. On the downside, that means more things to choose from. We’ll be here every step of the way, helping you to find the shows you’ll enjoy and giving insight into the ones you’ve watched. Farang: Dead Man Running
