’71 is out on DVD and Blu-ray on Monday 9th March. To celebrate, we’re giving away several copies on DVD.

The feature directorial debut of Yann Demange stars Jack O’Connell (Unbroken, Starred Up) as Gary Hook, a young British soldier accidentally abandoned by his unit following a riot on the streets of Belfast. Unable to tell friend from foe, and increasingly wary of his own comrades, the raw recruit must survive the night alone and find his way to safety through a disorientating, alien and deadly landscape.

It caps off one heck of a year for O’Connell, who has gone from a breakthrough big-screen role in Starred to Angelina Jolie’s Unbroken and won BAFTA’s EE Rising Star Award as a result. He leads a cast that also includes Sean Harris (Macbeth, Deliver us from Evil), Killian Scott (Calvary, Good Vibrations) and Richard Dormer (Game of Thrones).
