Paramount+ UK unwraps the new Transformers film and a star-studded film this Christmas, but it saves its biggest present for Boxing Day, with a new thriller starring Sheridan Smith to binge.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts – 8th December

The latest sequel in the robotic franchise takes us on a 90s globetrotting adventure as the Maximals join the battle for Earth.

The Serial Killer’s Wife – 15th December

In an idyllic Kentish coastal community, the murder of a young woman sends ripples through the town. When the village doctor is arrested, all prying eyes turn on him, leading to the unearthing of a dark double life. All 4 episodes arrive at once.

Finestkind – 16th December

Jenna Ortega and Ben Foster star in this film about two brothers raised in different worlds who are reunited as adults over a fateful summer.

Simple Minds: Everything Is Possible – 22nd December

Joss Crowley’s feature-length documentary tells the inspiring story of how a group of working class kids growing up in post-industrial Glasgow dared to dream – and became Simple Minds, one of the most iconic and influential Scottish bands in music history.

The Castaways: Season 1 – 26th December

Sheridan Smith stars in this adaptation of Lucy Clarke’s thriller, which follows sisters Lori and Erin on the holiday of a lifetime in Fiji – but after a huge fight, Erin doesn’t board the plane and Lori, who made the flight, never arrives at their destination. Months later, Lori’s credit card is suddenly used – and Erin sets out to find out what happened to her sister and the other passengers. All 5 episodes arrive at once.
