COBRA: Season 3 (Sky Max, 9pm) – 12th October
When an unforeseen environmental disaster causes enormous destruction and loss of life, the consequences are far reaching for the Prime Minister. The subsequent investigation leads Sutherland and his team to realise that all may not be as it appears. Embarking on a quest to discover the truth, they find something disturbing and disruptive underneath. The crisis spirals to encompass not only the urgent threat of environmental destruction, but also the malignant corruption of the arms industry and the rise of shadowy corporate security firms. The cabinet are faced with the inconvenient reality of the UK’s historic relationship with a global superpower. All these elements combine to lead our Prime Minister to a crucial decision, about who he is personally, and what – ultimately – he is willing to sacrifice in order to remain in power. Robert Carlyle remains in office at Number 10 alongside Victoria Hamilton, who is back as Chief of Staff Anna Marshall. Jane Horrocks (Bloods, Absolutely Fabulous) also join the cast, entering the cabinet as the new populist Defence Secretary, Victoria Dalton. All episodes arrive at once.
A League of Their Own: Season 18 (Sky Max, 9pm) – 25th October
Multi-award winning sports quiz ‘A League of Their Own’ is back, with Jamie Redknapp, Romesh Ranganathan and Micah Richards returning with a brand new face: Lioness legend and blue team captain Jill Scott. Together, the gang will take on more challenges and more wild stunts while dishing out cup-lifting-comedy with some of the best names from the worlds of TV and sport.
Breeders: Season 4 (Sky Comedy, 9pm) – 20th October
The critically acclaimed Sky Original Breeders starring Martin Freeman (The Responder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) and Daisy Haggard (Back to Life, Episodes, Black Mirror) returns for its fourth and final series, with the cast joined by Oscar Kennedy (Wreck, Ladhood) who takes on the role of their son Luke (now 18-years-old) and Zoë Athena who plays their 16-year-old daughter Ava. All episodes arrive at once.
House of Kardashian (Sky Documentaries, 9pm) – 8th October
No other family defines our time or divides opinion like the Kardashians. To some they are admired as a dynasty of powerful women, inspiring girls across the planet. To others they are untalented and morally bankrupt reality stars, who are damaging women by selling a their life as a superficial fairytale. With bold and entertaining storytelling, never seen before archive and exclusive interviews with those in their inner circle – including Caitlyn Jenner – House of Kardashian challenges the audience to think about the influence they have undoubtedly had on our lives. The Real Manhunter: Season 3 (Sky Crime, 9pm) – 16th October
Renowned former Metropolitan Police Detective Chief Inspector Colin Sutton revisits cases he originally led and explores everything from the crime itself through to the breakthrough moment when the suspect was identified and arrested. Sutton takes the viewer on a journey from the moment the police were called to the scene, visits key locations, and explains how he and his team managed to gather enough evidence to secure a conviction.
Ireland’s Most Evil Killers: Season 1 (Sky Crime, 9pm) – 19th October
The “Most Evil Killers” series turns its attention to the Emerald Isle, where our team of experts and those who were involved in the case reopen the files on some of Ireland’s most hideous murders. All episodes arrive at once.
Donyale Luna: Supermodel (Sky Documentaries) – Date TBC
Donyale Luna: Supermodel explores the remarkable life and career of Donyale Luna, one of the first Black supermodels who graced the covers of both Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar in Europe. Today, most people have never heard of her. Born Peggy Anne Freeman in Detroit, Luna went on to revolutionise the fashion industry in the 1960s and 1970s, becoming the muse to some of the foremost photographers of the 20th century, until her untimely death at the age of 33 in 1979. A regular presence at Andy Warhol’s Factory, she appeared in his 1964 film Camp, as well as films by Federico Fellini, Otto Preminger and William Klein. Luna’s life is chronicled through a rich trove of archive footage and interviews with family and friends, who detail the obstacles she overcame to achieve worldwide fame.
The Murder of Grace Millane (Sky Crime) – Date TBC
In late 2018, the disappearance of 21-year-old British backpacker Grace Millane sparked international attention after friends reported her missing from Auckland, New Zealand. She had not returned after meeting someone through the dating app Tinder, and the case was picked up by Detective Inspector Scott Beard. Having examined her social media, Beard tracked down Millane’s date – 26-year-old Jesse Shane Kempson. When CCTV confirms inconsistencies in his testimony, Kempson admits to murdering Grace – albeit accidentally during consensual sex, with his legal defence later being dubbed as the “rough sex defence”. However, Kempson’s search history and actions on the night of Grace’s murder paint a very different story. While prosecutors attempt to get justice, Grace’s family face their own challenges as they are forced to defend their lost daughter against the victim-blaming mobs who would shame her even in death.
The Gilded Age: Season 2 (Sky Atlantic, 9pm) – 30th October
The Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and of fierce rivalry between old money and new. Nowhere is that rivalry more apparent than on East 61st Street, where Marian Brook and her thoroughly old money aunts, Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook, live opposite the stupendously rich George and Bertha Russell. The Russells are both fiercely ambitious, he financially, she socially, and they are determined to reach the highest echelons of New York. Meanwhile in Brooklyn, Marian’s friend and confidant Peggy Scott forges her own path in the world of the Black elite. In this glittering world on the brink of the modern age, will the established rules of society prevail, or will the game change entirely?
Das Boot: Season 4 (Sky Atlantic, 9pm) – 11th October
The internationally renowned drama series Das Boot returns with a fourth season. In this season the focus shifts taking the audience to the Mediterranean where Germany’s U-Boats face impossible odds abroad while at home, secrecy and intrigue lurk within its own ranks at German Navy Command in Berlin where a dangerous conspiracy unfolds. Siblings Hannie Hoffmann (Rosalie Thomass) and Klaus Hoffmann (Rick Okon) are poles apart as the season begins before a shared tragedy brings them closer together. But each will have their own battle to fight. Klaus must travel to Naples from where he embarks as U-Boat Commander again, this time on a mission to alter the course of the war. Hannie must dig deeper than she ever imagined and find new purpose in uncovering and bringing down a group of uniformed criminals who have embraced the Reich’s darkest tendencies.
Killer in My Village: Season 7 (Sky Crime, 9pm) – 3rd October
Shedding light on shocking crimes that have taken place in small towns and villages across Britain, from execution murders by complete strangers to crimes of passion. Exploring these chilling cases in the most unexpected locations. We begin this series with the tragic murder of 86-year-old Freda Walker. Freda and her husband Ken had just taken out £30,000 to carry out some home improvements. Little did they know they were being stalked by 34-year-old Vasile Culea – a gambling addict with thousands of pounds of debt. Culea entered the Walkers’ home with the intent of robbing them, but in the struggle that followed, Freda was beaten and bound, and would later die from her injuries. CCTV would capture Culea leaving the residence after the robbery, and police arrested him shortly afterwards – but for this small village the damage had been done. All episodes arrive at once.

Shrapnel – 1st October
When Sean’s (Jason Patric) daughter goes missing on the Mexican border, he teams up with his former Marine partner (Cam Gigandet) to face off against the cartel who kidnapped her.
Cocaine Bear – 6th October
Inspired by the 1985 true story of a drug runner’s plane crash, missing cocaine, and the black bear that ate it, this wild thriller finds an oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists and teens converging in a Georgia forest where a 500-pound apex predator has ingested a staggering amount of cocaine and gone on a coke-fuelled rampage for more blow… and blood.
Mob Land – 7th October
Deep in the heart of Dixie, in a small town struggling with the ravages of addiction, a local sheriff (John Travolta) tries to maintain the peace when desperate family man Shelby (Shiloh Fernandez) robs a pill mill with his reckless brother- in-law, Trey (Kevin Dillon). But the supposedly easy score takes a violent turn, alerting the New Orleans mafia’s revenge-seeking enforcer (Stephen Dorff), who threatens Shelby’s wife (Ashley Benson) and daughter. With its unpredictable twists and turns, Mob Land is a heart- pounding, action thriller.
Unwelcome – 8th October
A modern horror creature feature, UNWELCOME shows us just how far we will go to protect those we love. Londoners Maya and Jamie are looking for a way out of their urban nightmare to raise their unborn child, so when they inherit a house in rural Ireland, they jump at the chance to flee from the dangers of city living. Yet, this new home holds primeval secrets — at the bottom of their garden is an ancient gnarled wood, where a supernatural presence lurks. Founded in ancient Celtic folklore the woods hide the malevolent, murderous goblins, known as ‘Redcaps’ named so for soaking their caps in the blood of their victims. Engaging a local family company to do some building repairs, the young couple quickly realize they got more than they bargained for with ‘Daddy’ and his adult children who are little more than low-level criminals. Recognizing their newfound safety is under threat, Maya finds herself turning to the woods — and the bloodthirsty creatures within it — to ensure the safety of her unborn child.
The Fablemans – 13th October
A deeply personal portrait of a 20th century American childhood, director Steven Spielberg’s (Jurassic Park, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Schindlers List, E.T) The Fabelmans is a cinematic memory of the forces, and family, that shaped the filmmaker’s life and career. A universal coming-of-age story about an isolated young man’s pursuit of his dreams, the film is an exploration of love, artistic ambition, sacrifice and the moments of discovery that allow us to see the truth about ourselves, and our parents, with clarity and compassion.
Champions – 14th October
Woody Harrelson stars in the hilarious and heartwarming story of a former minor-league basketball coach who, after a series of missteps, is ordered by the court to manage a team of players with intellectual disabilities. He soon realizes that despite his doubts, together, this team can go further than they ever imagined.
Sick – 15th October
In the midst of the pandemic, college student Parker and her best friend Miri decide to self-quarantine at her family’s lake house…
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish – 20th October
Everyone’s favourite leche-loving, swashbuckling, fear-defying feline returns in a new adventure in the Shrek universe. Daring outlaw Puss in Boots discovers that his passion for peril and disregard for safety have taken their toll. Puss has burned through eight of his nine lives, though he lost count along the way. Getting those lives back will send Puss in Boots on his grandest quest yet. Academy Award® nominee Antonio Banderas returns as the voice of the notorious PiB as he embarks on an epic journey into the Black Forest to find the mythical Wishing Star and restore his lost lives. But with only one life left, Puss will have to humble himself and ask for help from his former partner and nemesis: the captivating Kitty Soft Paws (Oscar® nominee Salma Hayek). In their quest, Puss and Kitty will be aided– against their better judgment–by a ratty, chatty, relentlessly cheerful mutt, Perro (Harvey Guillén, What We Do in the Shadows). Peel – 21st October
Filmmaker Ti West returns with another chapter from the twisted world of X, in this astonishing follow-up to the year’s most acclaimed horror film. Trapped on her family’s isolated farm, Pearl must tend to her ailing father under the bitter and overbearing watch of her devout mother. Lusting for a glamorous life like she’s seen in the movies, Pearl finds her ambitions, temptations, and repressions all colliding in this stunning, technicolor-inspired origin story of X’s iconic villain.
The Pope’s Exorcist – 22nd October
Inspired by the actual files of Father Gabriele Amorth, Chief Exorcist of the Vatican (Academy Award®-winner Russell Crowe), The Pope’s Exorcist follows Amorth as he investigates a young boy’s terrifying possession and ends up uncovering a centuries- old conspiracy the Vatican has desperately tried to keep hidden.
Retribution – 27th October
Matt Turner (Liam Neeson) is a successful Berlin based American businessman juggling a booming financial career with family responsibility. Driving his kids to school one morning, Matt receives a phone call from a mysterious voice: there’s a bomb under his seat that will detonate unless he completes a specific series of tasks, and fast. She Came to Me – 28th October
Composer Steven Lauddem (Peter Dinklage) is creatively blocked and unable to finish the score for his big comeback opera.
