Woody, Buzz and the gang return for Toy Story 5 this month, alongside another big Disney franchise outing: The Mandalorian & Grogu. They’re joined by the return of American Horror Story, a spin-off from Snowball, a new German vampire series and the reality series The Real Rooneys.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Disney+ UK in September 2026:

The Mandalorian & Grogu – 2nd September

Everyone’s favourite space odd couple shake off familiar tedium with this cute and refreshingly contained adventure.

Psycho Killer – 9th September

Following the brutal murder of her husband, a Kansas highway patrol officer (Georgina Campbell) sets out on a journey to track down the perpetrator. As the hunt progresses, she comes to realize the man responsible (James Preston Rogers) is a sadistic serial killer, and the depth of his mental depravity and his sinister agenda is more twisted than anyone could have imagined.

Made in Korea: Season 2 – 9th September

Baek Kitae’s (Hyun Bin) rise in the KCIA has brought him closer to power, but also the attention of a formidable rival with influence of their own. As political ambitions escalate, a dangerous struggle for control threatens to unravel everything he’s built. Episode 1 and 2 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

The Drop: A Snowfall Saga – 9th September

In this spin-off from Snowball, Wanda Bell (Gail Bean) and Leon Simmons (Isaiah John) fight to reinvent themselves in ’90s Los Angeles, where the fallout from the crack epidemic is fuelling a new game: the rise of West Coast rap.

The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives: Season 5 – 10th September

Taylor returns with unfinished business as Whitney sets her sights on Broadway. City of Blood – 16th September

This eight-part Hulu Original series from Germany is set in a dystopian Berlin, where two sisters uncover the shocking truth about the city’s hidden power structures – only to find themselves at the centre of a life-threatening conflict. An unbearable heat hangs over a world ravaged by climate change, where crime dominates everyday life. Berlin has become a city-state on the brink of collapse. While a privileged few live comfortably beneath a fully air-conditioned dome, the rest of the city sinks into corruption and violence. The two sisters, Bea and Phoebe, were separated as children by a tragic event: Bea, now chronically ill, grows up in privileged surroundings with her adoptive mother, while her older sister Phoebe struggles to survive on the streets of Berlin. When their worlds collide once again, just ahead of a pivotal election, they make an unthinkable discovery: vampires control organized crime and are seeking political power to secure their survival. Blood has long since become the city’s true currency. Caught in the crossfire, Phoebe and Bea must fight not only for their lives, but also confront a haunting question-who poses the greater threat: humans or vampires?

Toy Story 5 – 23rd September

The toys are back and this time, Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie and the rest of the gang’s jobs are challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad (voice of Greta Lee), a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie. Will playtime ever be the same?

The Real Rooneys – 24th September

In the 10-episode series, Coleen and Wayne Rooney have invited cameras into their home for a pivotal year in their lives. It’s all change as Wayne steps away from football management, swapping the touchline for school runs, while Coleen embraces the biggest opportunities of her career, including designing her own Primark range. Episodes 1 to 8 arrive together, followed by two special episodes on 1st October.

American Horror Story: Season 13 – 25th September

Constance Langdon, Cordelia Goode, Madison Montgomery, Marie Laveau, Rubber Man, Twisty the Clown and Kai Anderson will all return in this crossover event series that marks the latest chapter in the legendary anthology series. Which iconic horrors will return to haunt the hallowed halls of 13 and what new terrors await? Light your candles, draw your pentagrams and prepare for a supreme surprise. Three episodes arrive together, followed by episodes in pairs until the finale on 30th October.
