After last month’s Nicolas Winding Refn fest that was Too Old to Die Young, Amazon is brightening things up for the summer, with a new season of All or Nothing, a Prime Day concert, a dose of kung fu and the arrival of Wonder Woman. Dark entertainment is still on offer, though, with the premiere of The Boys too, Amazon’s new irreverent superhero series. All that plus some STARZPLAY originals, here’s what’s coming soon to Amazon Prime Video UK in July 2019:

Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny: Season 1, Part 2 – 5th July

As the Dragon Master, Po has endured his fair share of epic challenges but nothing could prepare him for his greatest one yet-as a Kung Fu teacher to a group of rambunctious kids from Panda Village who have been imbued with a mysterious and powerful chi energy.

Wonder Woman – 7th July

When an American pilot (Chris Pine) crash-lands on her island paradise of Themyscira, supernaturally-gifted Amazonian princess Diana (Gal Gadot) learns that a massive conflict – World War One – is raging in the outside world. She immediately opts to join him and travels to London to contribute her skills to the fight.

Hayu: Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian: Season 3 – 8th July

In Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, participants will get the opportunity to reinvent themselves from the inside out with the help of Khloe and some of the best fitness and nutrition experts in the world.

STARZPLAY: Harlots: Season 3, Episode 1 – 11th July

Drama set in 1700’s London featuring a group of women who work in the sex trade.

Prime Day Concert – 11th July

Taylor Swift will headline Amazon’s Prime Day Concert in New York. Streaming live on Prime Video at 2:00am BST, the event will celebrate the best in Amazon entertainment, exclusively for Prime members.

All or Nothing: Season 4 – 19th July

Season 4 of the Emmy Award-winning sports documentary series, produced by NFL Films, will tell the story of a talented team striving to compete for a championship in the face of inevitable change.

Just three years removed from his MVP season and a Super Bowl appearance, quarterback Cam Newton remains the charismatic star around whom the Panthers revolve. His cast of teammates includes dynamic running back Christian McCaffrey and perennial All-Pro linebacker Luke Kuechly, along with a mix of talented rookies hungry to prove themselves and several veteran stalwarts who know this season might be their last. The Boys: Season 1 – 26th July

Based on The New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis (Preacher) and Darick Robertson (Happy!), the series promises a dark, irrelevant take on the genre. As popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods – what happens when superheroes abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good? It’s the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about The Seven, and Vought – the multi-billion dollar conglomerate that manages this team of famous heroes and covers up all of their dirty secrets.

The Seven are led by Homelander (Antony Starr, Banshee) who is joined by Starlight (Erin Moriarty, Captain Fantastic), Queen Maeve (Dominique McElligott, House of Cards), A-Train (Jessie T. Usher, Independence Day: Resurgence), The Deep (Chace Crawford, Gossip Girl) and Black Noir (Nathan Mitchell, Supernatural). Academy Award nominee Elisabeth Shue (Leaving Las Vegas) stars as Madelyn Stillwell, Vought’s Senior VP of Hero Management.
