The X-Men lead Disney+ UK’s summer line-up, which is joined by the return of King of the Hill, new thriller Furious, and The Devil Wears Prada 2.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Disney+ UK in July 2026:

X-Men ’97: Season 2 – 1st July

The animated series continues with the heroic mutant team of X-Men, divided and thrown across different eras in time as they struggle to navigate their return home. Meanwhile, back in the 1990s, suspicious foes and new strains of mutant intolerance are on the rise in the wake of the X-Men’s absence. The second season of the original animated series features 9 episodes, and the voice cast includes Ross Marquand as Professor X, Matthew Waterson as Magneto, Ray Chase as Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, Lenore Zann as Rogue, and George Buza as Beast. The first three of nine episodes arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

The Simpsons: Simpsley – 3rd July

The second of three new animated specials arriving in June, July and August. A crafty Marge cons her way into wealth, intrigue and murder in this noir parody of The Talented Mr Ripley.

Shifting Gears: Season 2 – 8th July

A stubborn man’s estranged daughter and her kids move into his house in the return of this ABC sitcom.

Mrs X – 8th July

Ms. X is a darkly comic, action-packed six-part dramedy about a good person going bad, through the eyes of a suburban stay-at-home mom.

Rabbit Hole – 13th July

A first-of-its-kind variety show for the digital generation, starring 36 creators with over 600M combined followers. Premiering on Hulu in the U.S. in 2026, the series features larger-than-life creator collabs, over-the-top challenges, animation, gaming, and music all designed to keep teens diving deeper down the “rabbit hole” of creativity, chaos, and fandom. The all-star creator cast and contributors include Jesser, Topper Guild, Zhong, Valkyrae, Extra Emily, Dan Rhodes, and many more!

Spidey & His Amazing Friends: Season 5 – 14th July

Spidey teams up with pals to become the Spider Team in this Disney Jr animated series.

Descendants: Wicked Wonderland – 17th July

Red and Chloe are back in action. Descendants: Wicked Wonderland is the latest chapter in the Descendants story, and this time, we’re heading to Wonderland. The new movie is a continuation of the story after Descendants: The Rise of Red, with Kylie Cantrall returning as Red and Malia Baker returning as Chloe.

King of the Hill: Season 15 – 20th July

Hank and Peggy settle into retirement life on Rainey Street while attempting to keep their neighbours from going off the rails. Bobby navigates old friendships while dealing with the stresses of being an entrepreneur.

Pompeii: Out of Time With Tom Hiddleston – 23rd July

Host and “Loki” star Tom Hiddleston and “Loki” executive producer Kevin R. Wright reunite for Pompeii: Out of Time, a fusion of cinematic scripted drama and investigative documentary storytelling that transports audiences to ancient Rome in the hours before and during the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Guided by a team of archaeologists, historians, geologists and disaster experts, he uncovers remarkable evidence — and the stories of real people that challenge long-held assumptions about Pompeii and its final hours — not least revealing that many of those caught up in the disaster had the chance to survive.

Furious – 27th July

From Executive Producer Liz Meriwether, Furious follows an FBI agent, Alice Black (Emmy Rossum) on the hunt for a mysterious and calculating female serial killer (Lola Petticrew). Episodes 1 to 3 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 – 29th July

Almost 20 years after making their iconic turn as Miranda, Andy, Emily and Nigel—Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci return to the fashionable streets of New York City and the sleek offices of Runway Magazine. The sequel reunites the original main cast with director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna, and introduces an all-new runway of characters including Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, Pauline Chalamet, B.J. Novak and Conrad Ricamora. Tracie Thoms and Tibor Feldman also reprise their roles as “Lily” and “Irv” from the first film.

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder: Season 4 – 29th July

After a life-changing turning point for the Proud family, The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder launches into its boldest chapter yet in the fourth and final season of the animated series. Penny Proud is pulled into a series of unexpected adventures that test her courage and identity. With more action-packed, mind-bending, and heartfelt twists than ever before, the Prouds face every new challenge head-on, proving that no matter how chaotic life gets, they’re strongest when they face it together.
