Netflix has a textbook something-for-everyone month lined up for October, with a ridiculous balancing act that stems from Kathryn Bigelow actioner and true crime horror to psychological thriller, teaching drama and celebrity documentary, plus a Roald Dahl animation. And then there’s the return of The Diplomat, Selling Sunset, The Witcher and Nobody Wants This.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Netflix UK in October 2025:

Monster: The Ed Gein Story – 3rd October

You know the iconic horror films his twisted legacy inspired, but you may not know his name… yet. This October, Ryan Murphy’s Monster Anthology Series returns with its third – and darkest – season yet.

Steve – 3rd October

Follow one pivotal day for a headteacher and his students, at a last-chance reform school in mid-90s England. Cillian Murphy stars this is adaptation of Max Porter’s Shy.

Victoria Beckham: Season 1 – 9th October

Step into Victoria Beckham’s London atelier, as the Spice Girl-turned-powerhouse designer opens up about her life while preparing for Paris Fashion Week. From the makers of the Emmy award-winning Beckham and the director of Michelle Obama’s Becoming.

The Woman in Cabin 10 – 10th October

Based on the bestselling novel The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware. While on board a luxury yacht for a travel assignment, a journalist (Keira Knightley) witnesses a passenger thrown overboard late at night, only to be told that it didn’t happen, as all passengers and crew are accounted for. Despite no one believing her, she continues to look for answers, putting her own life in danger.

Splinter Cell: Deathwatch: Season 1 – 14th October

In the shadowy world of espionage, Sam Fisher is a rumour and a legend. Pulled back into action, he must help a new recruit unravel a global conspiracy. This time, the mission is personal. From the creator of the John Wick franchise comes this animated series starring Liev Schreiber.

The Diplomat: Season 3 – 16th October

Caught in a whirlwind of crisis diplomacy, Kate must navigate a fragile new administration and a deadly threat with world-shaping consequences. No alliance lasts forever.

The Twits – 17th October

Buckle up for a thrilling adventure because we’re heading to Twitlandia. This animated film is written, directed, and produced by Academy Award nominee Phil Johnston (Ralph Breaks the Internet) and animated by Jellyfish Pictures (The Boss Baby, The Bad Guys). This story follows Mr. and Mrs. Twit — who are the miserable owners of a dangerous amusement park — and their meteoric rise to power in their town. The Twits’ takeover leads to an ongoing conflict between them, two children, and a community of magical animals who are determined to stop them.

Nobody Wants This: Season 2 – 23rd October

The beloved comedy series, Nobody Wants This, starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody returns for a second season. Joanne and Noah’s whirlwind romance encounters some turbulence as they deal with family drama, career struggles and one very big looming question.

A House of Dynamite – 24th October

When a single, unattributed missile is launched at the United States, a race begins to determine who is responsible and how to respond. Starring Idris Elba, Rebecca Ferguson, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris, Tracy Letts, Anthony Ramos, Moses Ingram, Jonah Hauer-King, Greta Lee, and Jason Clarke.

Selling Sunset: Season 9 – 29th October

Sandra Vergara joins The O Group as the reality real estate series returns.

The Witcher: Season 4 – 30th October

The Continent awaits, as Liam Hemsworth steps into the shoes of Geralt of Rivia.
