The final season sees Jax in prison after the death of Tara has been covered up. Out from behind bars, Charlie Hunnam’s protagonist is determined not to lose the rest of what he has left.
The show has been a popular hit on both sides of the Atlantic, even securing a cameo from none other than Marilyn Manson and Courtney Love. Despite its revved-up climax and dedicated following, though, the show was not broadcast in the UK, where Channel 5 had previously shown it. The Sons of Anarchy Season 7 UK air date instead took place online.
The final season of Sons of Anarchy premiered in the UK on Wednesday 10th September 2014 – within 24 hours of its broadcast in the US. Each episode then arrived online to download every week within a day of US release. Now, the whole season is available to rent and download from iTunes, blinkbox and Amazon Instant Video.
The good news is that, as of June 2015, the show has finally arrived on Netflix, NOW Amazon Prime too, meaning that fans can stream all 13 episodes from £5.99 a month.
