“In the lives of every creature on Earth are echoes of events that occurred a long time ago.” That’s the sound of Morgan Freeman lending his voice to Netflix’s new nature documentary, Our Universe, and a new trailers gives us a first look – and listen – of the series.

Blending wildlife footage with eye-popping cosmic special effects, the six-part series takes viewers on an adventure to explore the connections that drive our natural world. From the birth of the Sun to the birth of a sea turtle, Our Universe uses groundbreaking animation to dramatise the forces that generated our solar system, while modern camera and CGI technology bring the audience up close and personal with some of the most iconic, charismatic animals on Earth.

From BBC Studios, and exec-produced by Andrew Cohen with Mike Davis as showrunner, the series premieres on Netflix on 22nd November. Here’s the trailer:
