A new trailer has been released for Game of Thrones Season 6, featuring the Hall of Faces in the House of Black and White. We won’t say any more – but we will say brace yourselves…
Original story below
It’s hard to believe that it’s been almost a year since Game of Thrones was last on our telly boxes, but sure enough, winter is coming once again this April and there are only 72 days to go until Season 6 lands on UK TV. That’s 1,728 hours. Or 103,680 minutes. Or 6,220,800 seconds. Not that we’re counting.
One thing we are counting, though, is the number of new pictures that HBO has unveiled this week from Season 6 – a whopping 20 new images have landed online, just in case you weren’t excited enough already about the next chapter in George RR Martin’s fantasy epic.
There are some spoilers in the images, so we’ve made sure you can only see those ones if you keep scrolling down the page, but for those not wanting the answer to the big question, rest assured: there is no mention of Jon Snow anywhere here and he does not feature in the photos.
What we do know about the show that doesn’t contain any spoilers is this: Season 6 will return to Sky Atlantic on Monday 25th April, when it will be both simulcast at 2am at the same time as the US premiere and repeated at 9pm for people who like to get some sleep. We also know that it will be available to non-Sky customers through Sky’s VOD service, NOW, for £7.99 a month.
But enough with the boring broadcast technicalities, here are the new images, plus any previously released photos, giving you a staggering 25 in total to analyse in detail:
