Amazon to release Jack White documentary and exclusive EP

This September, Amazon is giving Jack White fans at front row seat with a new music documentary and an exclusive EP.
Directed by Emmett Malloy and filmed at White’s sold out show at The Anthem in Washington DC, Jack White: Kneeling at the Anthem DC features never-before-seen footage from the multi-Grammy award-winning artist’s current Boarding House Reach world tour.
The concert features live performances that include selections from his latest album, Boarding House Reach – Connected by Love, Corporation, Over and Over and Over. Malloy, a longtime collaborator and director of The White Stripes’ 2009 documentary Under Great White Northern Lights, also joins White as he explores the nations’ capitol and gives a surprise performance for students at Woodrow Wilson High School.
The film is bring released globally on Amazon Prime Video, alongside an Amazon Original EP for Amazon Music subscribers. The six-song collection will comprise highlights from the evening: Corporation (Live), Over and Over and Over (Live), Blunderbuss (Live), Ice Station Zebra (Live), Connected By Love (Live) and Icky Thump (Live). Both will be available from Friday 21st September. In the meantime, the first single – Connected by Love – is already available exclusively on Amazon Music.
