All 4 snaps up 30 Rock

NBC’s beloved smash comedy 30 Rock has landed on All 4.
Written by and starring Tina Fey (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Mean Girls), the sitcom follows Liz Lemon (Fey), Head Writer for a live sketch-comedy show, as she tries to contend with the mad escapades of her colleagues. From erratic Hollywood star Tracy (Tracy Morgan – Saturday Night Live) to suave executive “fixer” Jack (Alec Baldwin – The Departed, Mission: Impossible – Fallout), from self-obsessed actress Jenna (Jane Krakowski – Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt)to effervescent page Kenneth (Jack McBrayer – Wreck-It Ralph), it’s a miracle they ever get anything to air.
30 Rock has won numerous awards, including 11 Emmys, six Golden Globes and 11 Screen Actors Guild Awards and is routinely listed as one of the best US comedies of all time.
“Witty, self-aware and utterly joyful” is how we described the show in our review.
Now, you can see the whole thing for free from the beginning, with the first two seasons available on All 4 today – with the rest arriving soon.
The show arrives on Channel 4’s catch-up service as part of a wider deal with NBCUniversal International Distribution that includes the rights to the newest season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Season 6 of the fan-favourite comedy will have its U.K. premiere on E4 in 2019.
Charlie Palmer, All 4 Managing Editor says: “30 Rock is a must-watch and we’re thrilled to have it kick-start our 2019 schedule. All 4 is fast becoming the go-to place for great comedy and 30 Rock is a fantastic addition.”
30 Rock is available to watch online on All 4 as a free box set until 31st December 2019.
