Santana: Hymns for Peace (Sky Arts, 9pm) – 1st June
On 15th July 2004, Santana took to the stage in Montreux accompanied by a stunning line-up of guests to perform a concert of songs about peace and understanding that they dubbed Hymns For Peace.
The Idol: Season 1 (Sky Atlantic, 9pm) – 5th June
After a nervous breakdown derailed Jocelyn’s (Lily-Rose Depp) last tour, she’s determined to claim her rightful status as the greatest and sexiest pop star in America. Her passions are reignited by Tedros (Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye), a nightclub impresario with a sordid past. Will her romantic awakening take her to glorious new heights or the deepest and darkest depths of her soul? Episodes arrive weekly.
Forced Out (Sky Documentaries, 9pm) – 8th June
Although homosexuality was decriminalised in the UK decades earlier, it remained illegal to be gay in the UK Armed Forces until 2000. Forced Out tells the story of the men and women who were dishonourably discharged from the Army, Navy and RAF because of their sexuality. Thousands faced intrusive interrogations by military police and many were imprisoned, had medals removed, and their service pensions revoked. Released to coincide with the findings of an independent government review, this film charts the historic battle for the ban to be overturned.
Somebody, Somewhere: Season 2 (Sky Comedy, 9pm) – 6th June
Starring and executive produced by comedian and singer Bridget Everett, follows Sam (played by Everett), a true Kansan on the surface, but, beneath it all, struggling to fit the hometown mould. Grappling with loss and acceptance, singing is Sam’s saving grace and leads her on a journey to discover herself and a community of outsiders who don’t fit in but don’t give up, showing that finding your people, and finding your voice, is possible. Anywhere. Somewhere. All episodes arrive at once.
Greatest Mysteries with Laurence Fishburne: Season 4 (Sky History, 9pm) – 6th June
The hit series returns for a fourth season with Laurence Fishburne once again investigating some more of the greatest mysteries of all time. This brand -new season features an enthralling array of cases which take a deep dive and question mysteries and legends including: The Loch Ness Monster, 50-year-old mysterious identity of the Zodiac Killer, Blackbeard’s missing treasure, new details new evidence in the infamous story of plane hijacker D.B Copper and could new clues tell us the location of the Ark of the Covenant? Der Pass: Season 3 (Sky Atlantic, 9pm) – 9th June
In the third season of this hit crime thriller, a string of mysterious murders on both sides of the Germany-Austria border shocks the region. However, German detective Ellie Stocker and Austrian investigator Gedeon Winter, formerly cross-border partners, have become bitter enemies. While Gedeon sets out to find his childhood tormentor, Ellie is still trying to uncover the truth about the murder of her colleague. Soon, though, both will face a decision between retribution and forgiveness in their search for justice. Episodes arrive weekly.
The Ark: Season 1 (Sky Sci-Fi, 9pm) – 13th June
The Ark takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race. The first of these missions on a spacecraft known as Ark One encounters a catastrophic event causing massive destruction and loss of life. With more than a year left to go before reaching their target planet, a lack of life-sustaining supplies and loss of leadership, the remaining crew must become the best versions of themselves to stay on course and survive. The Overlap on Tour: Season 1 (Sky Max, 9pm) – 14th June
Follow footballing legends Gary Neville, Roy Keane and Jamie Carragher on a trip like no other as they travel to different cities in the UK and Ireland, as part of The Overlap Live Arena Tour. Audiences can expect behind the scenes nerves, banter and pep- talks, highlights from the live shows, and some extra special guest appearances! In Sky Original The Overlap on Tour, Gary, Roy and Jamie will take a walk down memory lane as they travel to each city, stopping at iconic tourist attractions, grassroots clubs and other locations that were memorable to them in their footballing career. Most killers know their victims, Murdered At First Sight investigates the alarming rise in ‘Stranger Murders’ and the challenges faced by the police in tracking down the suspect of an entirely random homicide. Episodes arrive weekly.
The Isle of Wight Festival 2023 (Sky Arts, 7pm) – 16th June
Skip the ferry and ditch the tent. Sky Arts brings all the musical highlights from the iconic Isle of Wight festival to your home. We kick off the festival season with a Friday line-up headlined by britpop royalty Pulp, along with sets from indie rockers Courtneeners, Colorado pop rock from OneRepublic, girlband vibes from the OG Sugababes and some kitchen disco anthems from the one and only Sophie Ellis-Bextor. Episodes follow daily over the weekend.
The Righteous Gemstones: Season 3 (Sky Comedy, 10pm) – 19th June
Danny McBride’s satire about a wealthy televangelist family returns for its third run. Expect episodes to arrive weekly.
And Just Like That…: Season 2 (Sky Comedy, 9pm) – 22nd June
The second season of the Sex and the City revival once again reunites Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the reality of life and friendship in their 50s. Kim Cattrall will return as Samantha in the finale, but you’ll have wait for the episodes to drop weekly before you get there.

Bros – 1st June
The first romantic comedy from a major studio about two gay men maybe, possibly, probably, stumbling towards love. Maybe. They’re both very busy. From the ferocious comic mind of Billy Eichner (Billy on the Street, 2019’s The Lion King, Difficult People, Impeachment: American Crime Story) and the hitmaking brilliance of filmmakers Nicholas Stoller (the Neighbours films, Forgetting Sarah Marshall) and Judd Apatow (The King of Staten Island, Trainwreck, The Big Sick), comes Bros, a smart, swoony and heartfelt comedy about how hard it is to find another tolerable human being to go through life with.
Smile – 2nd June
After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
The Infernal Machine – 3rd June
A reclusive author is drawn out of hiding when he begins to receive endless letters from an obsessive fan. Mystery thriller with Guy Pearce and Alice Eve.
Alone Together – 4th June
Two strangers embroiled in bad relationships wind up in the same New York Airbnb. Romance with Katie Holmes and Jim Sturgess.
Simulant – 9th June
Set in the near future, Evan (Robbie Amell), an android simulant, is created for Faye (Jordana Brewster) to replace her dead husband. To fully realize all his human traits, Evan enlists Casey (Simu Liu), a brilliant global hacker whose mission is to remove all restrictions governing simulants’ thoughts and capabilities. In doing so, he unleashes an A.I. uprising, triggering a government manhunt led by Agent Kessler (Sam Worthington) who will take extreme measures to eliminate the rise of the android machines.
A Love Song – 10th June
Faye (Dale Dickey) is a lone traveller biding her time fishing, birding and stargazing at a rural Colorado campground as she awaits the arrival of Lito (Wes Studi), a figure from her past who is navigating his own tentative and nomadic journey across the rugged West. Like the country music that has traditionally channelled the heartbreak and resilience of Americans in search of themselves and others, A Love Song weaves a lyrical and ultimately joyful refrain out of the transformative act of being alone – and reminds us that love can nourish and mystify at any age.

As a serial killer stalks the city, a young actress who just moved to town with her boyfriend notices a mysterious stranger watching her from across the street in this terrifying thriller.
The Last King – 16th June
In this inspiring true story, amateur historian Philippa Langley believes she has made the archeological find of the century: the lost burial site of King Richard III. She takes on Britain’s most eminent historians, forcing them to rethink the legacy of one of the most controversial rulers in English history.
Paradise Highway – 17th June
A truck driver has been forced to smuggle illicit cargo to save her brother from a deadly prison gang. With FBI operatives hot on her trail, Sally’s conscience is challenged when the final package turns out to be a teenage girl. Frank Grillo, Juliette Binoche and Morgan Freeman star in this thriller

Don’t Worry Darling – 23rd June
Directed by Olivia Wilde, the ambitious thriller introduces us to a 1950s-era society where Alice (Florence Pugh) feels blessed to be living in the idyllic community of Victory, an experimental town out in the desert that prizes maintaining the all-American status quo. Alice stays home and keeps the place spick and span, while her husband Jack (Harry Styles) heads out to do secretive work along with all the other men. But there are secrets in this remote town waiting to come out…
