Netflix is unwrapping the finale of Stranger Things this Christmas, but there are other treats on the way through December – most notably the third outing for Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc in the latest Knives Out mystery. There’s also Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson going head to head in a Western and Rowan Atkinson returning for more chaos in Man vs Baby.

Love Lies Bleeding – 1st December

Kristen Stewart and Katy O’Brian are a striking pair in Rose Glass’ sweaty, gripping dose of pulp fiction.

Troll 2 – 1st December

A new monster is on the loose in Norway: a Megatroll. Professor Nora Tidemann (Ine Marie Wilmann) is recruited once again to help address a new threat, and this one is even bigger than the last.

Hunters: Season 1 to 2 – 3rd December

Amazon’s unlikely tale of Nazi hunters is an audacious, bold, deceptively personal thriller.

The Abandons: Season 1 – 4th December

A tale of two families. Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson go head-to-head in this gritty and cinematic storytelling of the haves and have nots.

Jay Kelly – 5th December

Famous movie actor Jay Kelly embarks on a journey of self-discovery, confronting his past and present with his devoted manager Ron. Poignant and humor-filled, pitched at the intersection of regrets and glories. George Clooney, Adam Sandler, Laura Dern, and Billy Crudup star in Noah Baumbach’s latest.

Simon Cowell: The Next Act: Season 1 – 10th December

Music mogul and record executive Simon Cowell has single handedly created some of the biggest music superstars in the world. In this brand-new Netflix docu-series, cameras follow him everywhere as he sets out to do it again, to try and create the next global boyband sensation, from raw open casting calls to the release of their debut single.

Man vs Baby: Season 1 – 11th December

After a job looking after a high-tech mansion ended in disaster thanks to an irritating insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley (Rowan Atkinson) has left the stressful world of housesitting for the quieter life of a school caretaker. That is, until a lucrative offer to look after a luxury London penthouse over Christmas proves too tempting to resist. But on the last day of term, when no one comes to collect the Baby Jesus from the school nativity, Trevor finds himself with another undersized and very unexpected companion. With a penthouse to protect and a baby to burp, will Trevor be able to have the calm Christmas he hopes for, or will festivities descend into chaos?

Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery – 12th December

Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) returns for his most dangerous case yet in the third and darkest chapter of Rian Johnson’s murder mystery opus. Starring Daniel Craig, Josh O’Connor, Glenn Close and Josh Brolin.

Emily in Paris: Season 5 – 18th December

Embrace the detour, home wasn’t built in a day after all!

Stranger Things: Season 5, Part 2 – 26th December

The second volume of the final chapter arrives, with another four episodes landing together – before the finale on 31st December.
