Jacques Audiard is bringing music to the world of the mafia with Emilia Pérez, and a new trailer gives us a first look at the Netflix film.

Karla Sofía Gascón, Zoe Saldaña, and Selena Gomez star in the audacious genre-bending project, which uses song, dance and bold visuals to follow the journey of four remarkable women in Mexico, each pursuing their own happiness. The fearsome cartel leader Emilia (Karla Sofía Gascón) enlists Rita (Zoe Saldaña), an unappreciated lawyer stuck in a dead-end job, to help fake her death so that Emilia can finally live authentically as her true self.

The double Cannes-winning film also stars Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz, and Edgar Ramírez. You can see them in action on 13th November, when the film premieres on Netflix after a run in selected cinemas in October.
