Disney+ is taking us into space this summer, with the debut of FX’s new Alien series – joined by a new animated show expanded the MCU.

Here’s what’s coming soon to Disney+ in August 2025:

Eyes of Wakanda: Season 1 – 1st August

Wakanda’s secrets span centuries. This four-part animated series follows the adventures of brave Wakandan warriors throughout history. In this globe-trotting tale, the Hatut Zaraze must carry out dangerous missions to retrieve Vibranium artifacts from the enemies of Wakanda.

King of the Hill: Season 14 – 4th August

The long-running animated series returns to continue following Texan Hank Hill and his wife, Peggy, plus their family. After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas, to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer, and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with former classmates Connie, Joseph, and Chane. All episodes arrive at once.

The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder: Season 3 – 6th August

From creator and executive producer Bruce W. Smith and executive producer Ralph Farquhar, Season 3 of the animation finds Penny Proud and her loyal crew embarking on international escapades, wild adventures, and fantastical stops packed with hilarity, heart, and, most of all, discovery. All episodes arrive at once.

Low Life: Season 1 – 6th August

Two gripping episodes kick off a dark comedy about con artists whose quick-fix schemes spiral out of control, with two more episodes a week later.

FX’s Necaxa: Season 1 – 6th August

Release Date: August 8. Eva Longoria teams up with Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds to help reignite storied football team Club Necaxa.

Alien: Earth: Season 1 – 13th August

From creator Noah Hawley, Alien: Earth is set in 2120, two years before the events of Ridley Scott’s original film, Alien. Five corporations – Prodigy, Weyland-Yutani, Lynch, Dynamic and Threshold – wield the power of nations, and proprietary advancements in technology provide the promise of a new tomorrow. When a mysterious space vessel crash-lands on Earth, a young woman and a ragtag group of tactical soldiers make a fateful discovery that puts them face-to-face with the planet’s greatest threat. The first two episodes arrive together, followed by the remaining six episodes weekly.

Marvel’s Iron Man and his Awesome Friends – 12th August

The first animated Iron Man preschool series from Disney Jr. All 10 episodes arrive at once.

Limitless: Live Better Now – 15th August

In this National Geographic series, Chris Hemsworth takes on three epic challenges to explore science-backed ways to live a longer, healthier life. He learns drumming for a surprise stadium gig, climbs a 600-foot ice wall, and embraces brutal Special Forces pain training in South Korea. All episodes arrive at once.

The Twisted Tale Of Amanda Knox: Season 1 – 20th August

An eight-part series inspired by the story of how Amanda Knox was wrongfully convicted for the tragic murder of her roommate, Meredith Kercher, and her journey to set herself free. Episodes 1 and 2 arrive together, followed by episodes weekly.

Reminder: Season 1 – 20th August

Eight episodes explore memory, identity, and hidden secrets in a suspenseful new drama. All episodes arrive together.

Eenie Meanie – 22nd August

A former teenage getaway driver is pulled back into high-speed danger when she must race against time to save her unreliable ex-boyfriend.

Twelve – 23rd August

The epic battle to save our world is about to begin. Angels and demons collide.
