Bryan Cranston’s political drama All the Way will finally be available to watch online in the UK this June.
The drama, directed by Jay Roach, is written by Robert Schenkkan, based on his own play, which earned Cranston a Tony Award. The Breaking Bad star plays Lyndon B Johnson, as Schenkkan takes us behind the scenes of his tumultuous first year in office.
The feature-length drama looks at a pivotal moment in the history of the US. Following the assassination of John F Kennedy, Johnson stakes his presidency on a historic and unprecedented Civil Rights Act. However, he finds himself caught
between the moral imperative of Luther King, Jr and the expectations of the southern Democratic Party leaders who brought Johnson to power.
Anthony Mackie co-stars as Martin Luther King, with the ensemble also including Frank Langella, Melissa Leo and Bradley Whitford.
The film airs on Sky Atlantic on Wednesday 29th June at 9pm, when it will also be available to watch online for non-Sky customers on NOW. The VOD service gives live and on-demand streaming access to Sky’s TV channels, including Sky Atlantic, Sky 1 and Sky Living, for £6.99 a month, with no contract.
