Sky Living snaps up UK rights to The Good Doctor

The Good Doctor, is set to come to Sky Living this autumn.
The US medical drama from ABC and Sony Pictures Television stars Freddie Highmore (Bates Motel) as Dr Shaun Murphy, a young surgeon with autism and savant syndrome. It follows Shaun, as he relocates from a quiet country life to join a prestigious hospital’s surgical unit. Alone in the world and unable to personally connect with those around him, Shaun uses his extraordinary medical gifts to save lives and challenge the scepticism of his colleagues.
From David Shore (creator of House) and Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-0), The Good Doctor also stars Antonia Thomas (Misfits), Nicholas Gonzalez (The Flash), Chukuma “Chuku” Modu (Me Before You), Beau Garrett (TRON: Legacy), Hill Harper (CSI:NY), Richard Schiff (The West Wing) and Tamlyn Tomita (The Day After Tomorrow).

The Good Doctor adds to the line-up of US dramas on Sky Living, which already includes Scandal, Blindspot, Chicago Fire, Criminal Minds, Greys Anatomy and Nashville.
